I Am the Keeper?

A 2.2 page sample spread from "Crystal Knights #1."  To show that I was ENTIRELY SERIOUS about this being a Magical Girl story.  It's suitable for all ages.  It doesn't even have any inappropriate innuendo, it's just a 100% cute adventure comedy story.  Also: look at that, nothing but line art with tones.  Impressive, ain't it?

Hey!  I got my covers from the printer the other day, so the kid and I put some of the printed editions of "Crystal Knights -#1" together to get them ready for mailing to (mostly) friends and family.  There will be printed copies of this available for some other folks too... just probably not that many.  If you want one, you could buy it through my eBay store or note me and I can send a Paypal invoice directly to you ($4.99).  I think, mostly, this will be experiments in digital distribution (I could sell you one of those directly too, if you'd prefer - $2.99) -- which apparently is not as fast or seamless a process as I thought it would be, but!  If you happen to subscribe to Comicsfix, you can find us there already, just look up "Crystal Knights," and since that's a read-all-you-want-for-one-price-a-month deal, you have nothing to lose but the time it takes you to decide if our comic is as awesome as we here in the Ryden house think it is (BTW, we think it's pretty awesome).  32 b&w interior pages, which look like the above (153 little drawings), 2 full-color covers, one full-color character profile of Crystal Eerie and a full-color family portrait of the main characters.
